By accessing or using One Good Trade (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

One Good Trade provides a multi-account dashboard, trade journal, and analytics tool for proprietary (“prop”) and futures traders. The Service does not execute trades, hold funds, or act as a broker.

3. Not Financial Advice

All content, analytics, signals, and data presented on One Good Trade are for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

4. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
• Scrape, mine, or harvest data from the Service without permission.

6. Subscription & Billing

Some features may require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Good Trade and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
